Specific pre and post natal massage techniques can help to reduce or eliminate pain and muscle spasms, as well as aid in re-balancing the body during the hormonal and structural changes of pregnancy and well after delivery. Also available in these sessions are preparation exercises for labor, labor pain distraction and reduction techniques, and support for all labor & delivery choices. All prenatal massage is performed in the side-lying position with specially designed cushions and bolsters to guarantee your comfort and health.

This is a great massage when you want a comprehensive full body massage with focus on a few specific areas of tension. This fully customizable massage employs a variety of techniques and pressure levels, focusing on contracted tissues and releasing tension.

A specific, assessment based bodywork excellent for the athlete or those dealing with chronic or acute pain or injuries. This bodywork is based on Orthopedic Massage for Chronic Pain and Sports Injuries by James Waslaski. Although this modality is pain-free, it is an interactive session between client and practitioner, and not designed to be sedating like other massage modalities. Excellent for joint injury, dysfunction or pain, including frozen shoulders, and frozen hips. Stretches and strengthening exercises will be given to you at the end of each session.

This Japanese style is performed on the floor or mat in comfortable, flexible clothing; no lotion or cream is used.
