My work is a synthesis of a wide range of massage, osteopathic and physical therapy techniques. My philosophy is that your own body and mind are "the healers" in our work together -- my role is that of a facilitator, reconnecting you to your body and your physical potential.
In 1995, I became a massage therapist in San Francisco because I love the transformation that bodywork allows. Like meditation, exercise, and yoga; massage enables your mind to stop its stressful swirling and your body to reconnect to its own healing ability.
While building my private practice, I created my own on-site chair massage company, Stressless Solutions. We provided massage for small and large companies. Then in 2003, I opened earth & sky oasis , the first boutique wellness retreat in downtown San Franciso offering massage therapy, acupuncture, skin care and nail care.
With the birth of my twin boys in 2010, my husband and I decided to bring my wellness boutique experience to North Carolina. I have fallen in love (again) with the Triangle and I look forward to bringing my new outcall massage therapy practice to you. I love being part of the physical, mental and emotional transformation that massage therapy provides both the recipient and the practitioner.
